ChiquiRucas Society Membership Terms Effective Date: August 19, 2026 These Membership Terms (“Membership Terms”) govern membership in ChiquiRucas Society, LLC (“ChiquiRucas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or applying for a ChiquiRucas membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Membership Terms, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any other policies applicable to your membership. 1. About the ChiquiRucas Membership The ChiquiRucas membership is designed to provide women with opportunities for community, friendship, cultural experiences, personal growth, wellness, adventure, education, entrepreneurship, and other member benefits. ChiquiRucas may offer different membership levels. Each membership level may have different fees, benefits, eligibility requirements, privileges, and membership terms, which will be disclosed at the time of enrollment. Membership benefits are privileges associated with membership and are subject to availability, applicable eligibility requirements, event capacity, scheduling, and any additional terms that may apply to a particular benefit or activity. Membership does not guarantee admission to any particular event, activity, seminar, retreat, workshop, trip, or service. 2. Membership Fees Membership fees are disclosed on the applicable membership enrollment or purchase page at the time of enrollment. Different membership levels may have different fees, benefits, eligibility requirements, and membership terms. Membership fees and available membership levels may be changed from time to time. Any applicable price will be clearly displayed before the purchase or enrollment is completed. Membership fees are separate from fees that may apply to certain events, trips, workshops, merchandise, services, travel experiences, or other activities unless expressly stated otherwise. If a membership is offered with automatic renewal, the applicable renewal price, renewal frequency, and renewal terms will be disclosed before enrollment and in accordance with applicable law. 3. Thirty-Day Activation Period All new memberships are subject to a thirty (30)-day activation period beginning on the date of purchase. During this initial thirty (30)-day activation period, membership features, benefits, discounts, memberonly services, and other membership privileges are not available. The activation period allows ChiquiRucas time to process and activate the membership. Membership benefits become available after the thirty (30)-day activation period has been completed. 4. Active Membership Term Following the thirty (30)-day activation period, the membership becomes active. The active membership term is twelve (12) months beginning on the membership activation date. Therefore, the membership generally covers approximately thirteen (13) months from the original purchase date: 30-day activation period + 12-month active membership period. The membership expiration date is based on the activation date and is not based on the anniversary of the original purchase date. ChiquiRucas may provide the member with the applicable activation and expiration dates through email, the member's account, or another method of communication. 5. Membership Benefits Depending on the membership level and benefits offered at the time of enrollment, membership benefits may include: • Preferred pricing on retreats and travel experiences; • Invitations to member activities and gatherings; • Discounts on selected merchandise; • Discounts or preferred pricing on selected events; • Access to selected workshops and seminars; • Wellness, travel, lifestyle, and personal-finance educational sessions; • Access to selected mastermind or community circles; • Access to virtual exercise programs or classes; • Access to selected self-defense classes or programs; • Member newsletters and curated resources; • Recognition within the ChiquiRucas community; • Access to selected coaching or educational resources; and • Other benefits that may be offered to members from time to time. Specific benefits may vary by membership level and may change over time. 6. Benefits Are Subject to Availability ChiquiRucas does not guarantee that every membership benefit will be available at all times. Benefits may be subject to: • Availability; • Event capacity; • Registration deadlines; • Geographic location; • Vendor or partner availability; • Scheduling; • Additional fees; • Eligibility requirements; • Participation requirements; or • Other reasonable restrictions. ChiquiRucas reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue individual membership benefits when reasonably necessary or appropriate. A change to an individual benefit does not automatically entitle a member to a refund of the membership fee. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law. 7. Membership Cancellation and Refunds A member may cancel their membership and request a refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the original purchase date. After the thirty (30)-day cancellation and refund period has expired, membership fees are nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancellation after the thirty (30)-day period does not create a right to a partial or prorated refund. The thirty-day cancellation and refund period runs from the original purchase date, not the membership activation date. 8. Cancellation of Future Renewal If a membership is offered with automatic renewal, the applicable renewal terms, renewal price, renewal frequency, and cancellation procedure will be disclosed before the purchase is completed. Members may cancel future renewal using the cancellation method provided by ChiquiRucas. Cancellation of future renewal does not result in a refund of the current membership term after the applicable thirty (30)-day refund period has expired. Where automatic renewal applies, ChiquiRucas will comply with applicable automatic-renewal laws, including required disclosures, affirmative consent, renewal notices, and cancellation procedures. 9. Membership Eligibility, Approval, Suspension and Revocation ChiquiRucas may establish eligibility requirements for membership. Membership applications may be subject to review and approval. ChiquiRucas reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, to approve, deny, suspend, restrict, cancel, or revoke any membership or membership application. Membership may be refused, suspended, restricted, cancelled, or revoked when ChiquiRucas reasonably determines that such action is necessary or appropriate, including circumstances involving: • Violation of these Membership Terms; • Violation of the ChiquiRucas Terms & Conditions; • Violation of community standards; • Harassment, threats, intimidation, discrimination, or abusive conduct; • Fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct; • Conduct creating a safety concern; • Material disruption of ChiquiRucas activities or community; • Misuse of membership benefits, discounts, accounts, or services; • Providing false or misleading information; • Conduct that may negatively affect the safety, integrity, operation, or reputation of the ChiquiRucas community or organization; or • Other circumstances in which ChiquiRucas determines that suspension, restriction, cancellation, or revocation is reasonably necessary or appropriate. Where permitted by applicable law, ChiquiRucas may take such action without prior notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation, suspension, or revocation of a membership does not automatically entitle the member to a refund of membership fees already paid. Nothing in this section permits ChiquiRucas to take action for a reason prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law. 10. Membership Is Personal and Non-Transferable Memberships are intended for the individual who purchased or was approved for membership. Memberships may not be sold, transferred, assigned, shared, or otherwise provided to another person unless expressly authorized by ChiquiRucas. Membership benefits, discounts, invitations, and member privileges may not be transferred to another individual unless the applicable benefit specifically permits it. 11. Events and Member Activities Membership may provide members with access to or preferred pricing for certain events, activities, workshops, seminars, retreats, trips, and other experiences. Unless expressly stated otherwise, membership does not include the cost of participation in every event or activity. Additional registration fees, deposits, travel expenses, merchandise costs, or other charges may apply. Events and activities may have separate registration requirements, cancellation policies, waivers, releases, or participation requirements. 12. Changes or Cancellation of Events and Services ChiquiRucas reserves the right, in its sole discretion and when reasonably necessary or appropriate, to modify, reschedule, postpone, substitute, suspend, or cancel any event, seminar, workshop, retreat, activity, program, service, class, trip, or other offering. Changes may include modifications to: • Date; • Time; • Location; • Format; • Speaker; • Instructor; • Vendor; • Activities; • Itinerary; • Services; or • Other components of the offering. ChiquiRucas may make such changes due to safety concerns, weather, venue issues, availability, scheduling, operational considerations, insufficient registration, circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or other circumstances that ChiquiRucas determines make a change necessary or appropriate. When reasonably possible, ChiquiRucas will provide notice of significant changes or cancellations. Any refund, credit, transfer, or other remedy resulting from an event cancellation will be determined according to the applicable event-specific policy and applicable law. 13. Community Standards Membership is intended to foster a respectful, welcoming, and supportive community. Members are expected to treat other members, guests, speakers, instructors, vendors, volunteers, staff, and community participants with respect. Members must comply with the ChiquiRucas Terms & Conditions and applicable community standards. Violation of community standards may result in suspension, restriction, cancellation, or revocation of membership as described in these Membership Terms. 14. Photography and Video ChiquiRucas events and activities may be photographed, videotaped, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded. By registering for, attending, entering, or participating in a ChiquiRucas event or activity where photography or recording is taking place, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, videotaped, recorded, or otherwise captured in audio or visual media. Such media may be used by ChiquiRucas for legitimate business, promotional, marketing, advertising, educational, social-media, website, newsletter, and community-related purposes. Additional details are provided in the Photography and Video at Events section of the ChiquiRucas Terms & Conditions. 15. Privacy Personal information associated with membership is handled in accordance with the ChiquiRucas Privacy Policy. Members should review the Privacy Policy for information regarding the collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information. 16. No Guarantee of Specific Benefits or Results Membership does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, wellness, social, entrepreneurial, or other outcome. Benefits, opportunities, experiences, and results may vary among members. Membership is intended to provide opportunities and access to the benefits described at the time of enrollment and does not guarantee a particular experience or result. 17. Relationship to Other ChiquiRucas Policies These Membership Terms supplement the ChiquiRucas Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If a specific event, activity, service, promotion, or membership offering contains additional terms, those terms may also apply. If there is a conflict between these Membership Terms and a specific event or service agreement, the specific agreement will control with respect to that particular event or service. 18. Changes to Membership Terms ChiquiRucas may update these Membership Terms from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made. Material changes will be communicated when required by applicable law. Continued membership or continued use of membership benefits after the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Membership Terms to the extent permitted by law. 19.
